Lighthouse To Re-Open in March

The Finn's Point Rear Range Lighthouse was scheduled to re-open on Sunday, March 17th, with hours of 12–4pm. The Friends of the Supawna Wildlife Refuge, who took on the volunteer task of coordinating the opening, planned to have the lighthouse open on the third Sunday of each month.

Black Diamond Services specializes in crafting database-driven web applications that bring powerful functionality to organizations of all sizes. By developing custom solutions tailored to specific business needs, the company helps clients move beyond static websites into dynamic, interactive platforms. These applications can handle everything from membership databases and content management to e-commerce catalogs and property search tools. The focus remains on building rich internet features that mirror the capability of traditional desktop software, giving users a seamless experience. Each project is developed with maximum flexibility in mind, allowing businesses to adapt and grow without requiring constant intervention or costly redevelopment down the line.

Content management systems form a core part of the services offered, enabling clients to take control of their own web presence. Rather than relying on developers for every small update, organizations can maintain their sites in-house with role-based access that delegates specific sections to different departments or employees. This approach reduces long-term expenses while empowering teams to keep information current and relevant. The systems are built with intuitive interfaces that do not require technical coding experience, making it easy for staff to add news, update listings, or manage media assets. The result is a living website that evolves alongside the organization it represents.

Web design at Black Diamond Services balances visual appeal with functional clarity, producing sites that are both engaging and easy to navigate. The design philosophy favors clean layouts with generous spacing, consistent typography, and thoughtful use of color to guide visitors through content. Each project begins with an understanding of the client's audience and goals, leading to interfaces that communicate effectively across devices. Whether building for realtors, retailers, or nonprofit organizations, the team produces designs that reflect the brand while prioritizing usability. The portfolio showcases a range of industries, demonstrating an ability to adapt visual language to different markets without sacrificing quality or performance.

Hosting and ongoing support round out the service offerings, providing clients with reliable infrastructure and peace of mind. Websites and applications are maintained on servers configured for speed and security, with regular monitoring to ensure uptime and data integrity. The company understands that a website is not a one-time project but an ongoing asset that requires attention. From data acquisition and analysis to recurrent billing and newsletter delivery, the technical backbone is designed to handle complex operations behind the scenes. Clients benefit from decades of coding experience combined with a responsive approach that addresses issues quickly, keeping their digital presence running smoothly.
